All orders over $60 NZD include free shipping to New Zealand addresses. This will automatically be applied at checkout.

Promotional & Holiday Delivery

Please note that the delivery of your Brow Code products may be impacted by delays during the peak period leading up to Christmas. We recommend placing your order well in advance to receive your shipment before Christmas, however, delivery time frames may be longer than advised depending on carrier schedules and transit times. 

The order cut-off date for end-of-year deliveries is December 15th, 2025. Please adhere to this date to receive your shipment before Christmas. Final delivery is subject to change based on courier handling. Peak season wait times apply.

Shipping delays may occur due to the high volume of orders, and we appreciate your understanding and patience during such times. Additionally, Brow Code will not split shipments during sale periods; all items within an order will be shipped together for efficiency.

Shipping Timeframe

It is important to all of us at Brow Code that you receive your order in a timely manner, and hassle-free. Orders are typically dispatched 1-3 business days from when you receive your order confirmation. Please allow up to 5 business days for delivery. The time it takes for your order to be dispatched may alter slightly during launches, sales, and holiday periods. Please note that orders containing products on backorder will not be dispatched until all products within the order are in stock.

Once your order has been processed, you will receive the tracking details for your parcel. Please keep a close eye on your tracking to ensure the safe delivery of your parcel. Please note that we do not ship to PO Boxes and HC Boxes.
